And not to exploit your feelings, but one thing that I'm sure would be interesting to people out there, including people who have been in the same situation you have... would be to READ about someone's deepest secrets. It could be a cathartic theraputic thing for you, and it would be very moving and quite frankly, interesting reading for me and anyone else that happens upon this site. I urge you to think about writing about ALL of it. Ya know, I dont pretend to know the answers to ALL problems (just most of them), but I can tell you one thing, “they say” just talking about it helps rid the ghosts.
